Paired with 125ml of our Escapada Vinho Verde (Portugal). Fresh, fruity and light.

Tender stem Broccoli served with black garlic puree, olive tapenade and dukkha (ve, gf)

Paired with 125ml of our Despacito Malbec (Argentina). Plums, blackberries and spice. Clean and smooth

8oz sirloin steak, potato terrine and mushroom ketchup served with garlic and herb greens (gf) 

Paired with 175ml of our Tinamou Carmenere (Chile). Cherry, blackcurrant and pepper. Long and balanced

Cod loin fillets with chorizo, crushed new potatoes, beurre blanc and green beans (gf) 

Paired with 175ml of our Arcano Pinot Grigio Blush (Italy). Redcurrant, rosehip and sherbet.

Slow roasted aubergine with a white bean puree, tamarind sauce and roasted shallots (ve, gf) 

Paired with 175ml of our Neptune Sauvignon Blanc (Marlborough N.Z.).
